    Client shall directly coordinate with each supplier.

    TERMS OF PAYMENT:

    1. A Reservation Fee of Php 25,000 (non-refundable, non-transferable and non convertible to cash) is required upon confirmation/blocking of date.This amount will be deducted from the total package cost availed.
    2. 50 % (non-refundable, non-transferable and non convertible to cash) of the total contract price should be paid 6 months prior to the event. We also accept staggered payment
    3. Full payment must be settled 60-90 days before the event.
    4. A Php 10,000 Refundable Cash Bond is also required and will be refunded 7 days after the event.

    Prices, amenities and general descriptions of the rented areas are subject to change without prior notice.

    CLIENT MUST PROVIDE CREW MEALS FOR THE SUPPLIER
